Turkey Burgers… His Vs. Hers!

Tonight was turkey burger night. It was even that “I never need to eat a real burger again”. Quick and easy to prepare, there are so many ways to be imaginative and creative for flavorful turkey burgers. Tonight the buffalo and cheese turkey burger faces off against the garlic spinach turkey burger! Typically I buy a lean ground turkey (93/7 or better), add in some flavors and form 4-5 patties. I do not have a grill so I cook them on the stove. The 100 calorie, 100% wheat sandwich rounds are my go-to bread for anything that requires a bun. The buffalo and cheese turkey burger came in at approximately 380 calories and the garlic spinach burger was 350 calories. Check out the recipes below and cast your vote for your favorite flavor combination!
